A wizard by the name of Akarammazz the Terrible has ascended the APA Building in Melbourne, Australia, seeking to utilise the height of the structure to power an artifact called The Lightning Bottle. If Akarammazz powers The Lightning Bottle, he will use it to empower his sect and avoid restrictions of the upcoming Sorcerer’s Arms Limitation Talks (SALT).
